Alliance is committed to providing a safe workplace without risk to personnel or the environment as well as ensuring compliance to the Work Health and Safety Act 2012, the Work Health and Safety Regulations 2012 and applicable Codes of Practice and Australian Standards across various industries.

The following outlines the process that your Alliance consultant will follow prior to placing any candidates with your business:
- Review candidate’s resume and cover letter
- Conduct a phone interview with the candidate to discuss their experience, availability and prior work history
- Short list candidates and conduct face to face interviews
- Ensure candidates complete our Workplace Health & Safety and employee registration process.
- View and take copies of a candidate’s licences, tickets or proof of competencies
- Review of candidate’s medical history information to assess their suitability
- Undertake a worker’s compensation claims history review to determine the candidate’s risk level and determine their suitability for work placement
- Complete candidate reference checks
- Conduct an entitlement to work verification, for all candidates who are not Australian or New Zealand citizens or permanent residents, including completing Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) checks
- Conduct a candidate police check as well as drug and alcohol testing as required
- Refer the candidates to the host employer.
